[solved]Use any inventory item on self dont work, why?

I want to use my inventory item "Immortal Charm",
when ever i dont have "The Immortal Lands Charm" in my inventory
but this dont work, and i also dont want to open now
millions of Immortal Charm (CS items 50 jaden silver)
only to look if this works now

Tried folowing
Trigger use item on self "Immortal Charm"
trigger conditions

1. Any inv item does not start with "The"
-thought when ever nothing start with "The", the conditions is true

2. Any Inv item name starts with The
Any inv item quantity is less than 1
-when ever item starting with "The" is less then 1 time in inventory

Using "The Immortal Lands Charm" item will produce "Immortal Charm" item? If so then it's simple:

Use inventory item on self - (choose The Immortal Lands Charm)
- add condition "Any inventory item Id is equal to "The Immortal Lands Charm" Id (the one you are trying to use)
- add condition "Trigger: timer in seconds 3" (or how long it takes to use it before can be reused)

This will convert all of them over.

when i use "Immortal Charm"(id28605) i get a new item for 24h which
gives me a permission to a special Grind area.

This permission Item is named "The Immortal Land Charm"(id33181)

when i go to the Skylord and i get "The Immortal Land Charm" in my
inventory it allow me to teleport to this special area. but when 24h over
this item expire and after 10 min without "The Immortal Land Charm"(id33181)
in my inventory i will be ported out

thats why i want to use a trigger to get this item back which is only 24h there till expire.

I tried now following:
use item of inventory on self "Immortal Charm" (id 28605)
and condition

any inventory item -> Id -> is not 33181
The Immortal Land Charm, the permission
trigger system timer in seconds 30 seconds
Pause needed because of time needed opening id 28605 till get id 33181)

and now i wasted again 2500g in jd only for seeing it dont work :/
7 opend permissions which all expire in 24h

Do u have any other idea?
biggest Problem i will have so or so a restart of SinS in this time because of provider forced disconnect,
so i cant work with timer

Oh so you want to use item28605 when item33181 is not in the bag?

That's simple

1. Use inventory item on self (select item 28605)
   
2. Add condition: Any inventory item: Id -> is equal to ->33181 Source is equal 0
   
3. Add condition timer for how long it takes to use before the other item appears (give extra few seconds in case of lag).
   

Next time, describe what you want simpler, like my first line. I get hella confused trying to figure out what you want.

Problem this is a quest which teleports ya.
