    Refined vigor is a skill which allows jadones got get spirit back -> 90 sec cooldown (tomed)
    Ice Applitude can reset the cooldown of Refind vigor and have also a cooldown of 90 sec(tomed)

    I tried following
    Skill Refined Vigor
    Skill->any active skill -> id -> equal to 239(Refined Vigor)
    Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> equal to 0
    Player-> self -> HP current is greater than 4000 (the skill cost hp instead MP
    and i dont want die instant)

    Skill Ice Applitude
    Skill->any active skill -> id -> equal to 239(Refined Vigor)
    Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> less than or equal to 45000 (you said msec)
    Player -> Self -> MP current -> is greater then or equal to 251 (SP of Ice Applitude)

    I wanted the Ice Applitude to look the Cooldown of Refined Vigor, but it dont work
    all this do is Refined Vigor and Ice Applitude are @ same time ready and then 1st cast
    Ice Applitude and then Refind Vigor, so 1st reset, then skill -> no worth :O
    And i think if it would do 1st refined vigor and then Ice Applitude, Refined Vigor will be instant
    recast, dunno how to solve it yet, perhaps we just need to wait to get more Vuduy power in Sins
    i also tried using ice applitude when status of refined vigor away, but my prob, it is the same like using sp Potions

    Next point
    Is it possible to make a order of skills, to set a priority which skill to do first in the case more skills are ready @ same time
    because of running to loot for example or waiting respawn

    I want to skill my esper, so i want @ my Jadeon that he 1st make esperskill and after esper skill the Thunderblade

    My Jadeon dont target any mobs when they respawn, he just wait till he
    got attacked, i tried target filter with selected only those, i want to attack, and also without target filter,
    but i doesnt work that he target before they attack

    That doesn't make sense; you are setting the skill "Refined Vigor" by checking its own cooldown?

    If you are trying to cast Ice Applitude when Refined Vigor is under cooldown then your trigger condition should be "Skill -> Any active skill -> Cooldown -> is greater than 0 (any cooldown or 40000 for greater than 40 sec ie: waiting 40s cooldown or more).

    Next point

    2.1.1.9 should fix all target nearby skippings.

    is is a condition like "is mob" -> true
    mine is "time cooldown of cooldown =0?" true

    so why not, perhaps i think too differenet, i thought i need only a condition true doesnt matter which

    so when i use skills which have higher cooldown like 900 sec for ie felkin/dagos/fuwa protector to regenerate spirit
    "any skill-> cd -> greater 40000"dont work fine or?

    my only chance for Ice Applitude will be

    Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> less than or equal to 50000
    Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> greater than or equal to 40000
    so everytime a skill hit cooldown between 40 and 50 sec it will be casted or?
    and/or can i bind the look of cooldown directly to Refined vigor with
    Skill->any active skill -> id -> equal to 239(Refined Vigor)

    nope it still dont do
    it is like esper settings defensive, i only target those who attack me

    I have no idea what you are talking about then.

    As for targetting, check your target settings (usually the range is your problem)

    ah i read ur post to late, and thxi

    also big thx to Kagebunshin, i spoke with him a lot in german (is much easier) and he helped me with my range problem, and yes, it was range >.<

    I was too stupid to set the maxrange to 5 yards and wonder why sins dont target anything.

    Refined Vigor and Ice Applitude

    Refined Vigor -> Ref Vig
    cost 1080hp
    restores me 1512 spirit over 18 seconds
    Status Ingame -> Recovering Spirit 18 seconds
    90 sec cooldown (Short now CD)

    Ice Applitude
    cost 251 Spirit
    reset Cooldown of Refined Vigor (+defense doesnt matter)
    90 sec CD

    Esper settings before Sins
    Ref Vig -> 1 sec (everytime when possible)
    Ice Applitude -> 120 sec

    So i used Ref Vig, waited 30 sec longer and reseted(120sec Ice Applitude - 90sec Ref Vigor)
    and used again Rev Vig
    Both started CD, Ref Vig Ready, used, 30 sec later reset(Ice Applitude)
    so i used as many times as possible Refined Vigor

    Problem is i cant say if not contain Status Recovering Spirit, normal Spirit Potions
    gives also the Status Recovering Spirit

    Thats all i want to realize

    I set it now
    any skill -> cooldown -> greater 55000
    any skill -> cooldown -> lower 60000

    seems to work now

    also thxi for addin Priority list :D
