Refined vigor is a skill which allows jadones got get spirit back -> 90 sec cooldown (tomed)
Ice Applitude can reset the cooldown of Refind vigor and have also a cooldown of 90 sec(tomed)
I tried following
Skill Refined Vigor
Skill->any active skill -> id -> equal to 239(Refined Vigor)
Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> equal to 0
Player-> self -> HP current is greater than 4000 (the skill cost hp instead MP
and i dont want die instant)
Skill Ice Applitude
Skill->any active skill -> id -> equal to 239(Refined Vigor)
Skill->any active skill -> cooldown -> less than or equal to 45000 (you said msec)
Player -> Self -> MP current -> is greater then or equal to 251 (SP of Ice Applitude)
I wanted the Ice Applitude to look the Cooldown of Refined Vigor, but it dont work
all this do is Refined Vigor and Ice Applitude are @ same time ready and then 1st cast
Ice Applitude and then Refind Vigor, so 1st reset, then skill -> no worth :O
And i think if it would do 1st refined vigor and then Ice Applitude, Refined Vigor will be instant
recast, dunno how to solve it yet, perhaps we just need to wait to get more Vuduy power in Sins
i also tried using ice applitude when status of refined vigor away, but my prob, it is the same like using sp Potions

Is it possible to make a order of skills, to set a priority which skill to do first in the case more skills are ready @ same time
because of running to loot for example or waiting respawn
I want to skill my esper, so i want @ my Jadeon that he 1st make esperskill and after esper skill the Thunderblade

Targeting
My Jadeon dont target any mobs when they respawn, he just wait till he
got attacked, i tried target filter with selected only those, i want to attack, and also without target filter,
but i doesnt work that he target before they attack
