c++ redistr. and .net 4.0 are installed, but I can't log in to the forums using sins on WinXp

you should reinstall SIN and turn off antivirus.

freshly installed windows XP. 1st things I did:
1.copy my PWI from my USB HDD
2.install c++ redis.
3.install dotnet 4.0
4.downloaded sins
5.installed winrar
6.tried sins
I also tried it with an old HDD I don't use anymore (there is Windows 7 Ultimate installed on it.) and there I only get "SINS.exe stopped working"
