You don't read the tooltip? Hover the mouse over those checkboxes and read the tooltip.
As for "Charge" checkbox, it is a feature in ZX2 where you can charge your skill by holding down the key.

I did not even know there was tool tips :D I just figured I best leave them alone if I don't know what they do, but thanks you. Now I know :)

Most of the options that are unclear, should have tool-tips and explanation. The obvious ones, of course, won't have any tool tips.
