A: Reinstall Net Framework 4.0 and try again.
A: If you are using x64 Windows and have IE8, do finish the initial setup.
A: SINS™ does not support proxy. You have to setup direct connection. It might be possible to setup the proxy under LAN settings of Internet Explorer (not Firefox).
A: Report the message error on Bugs section (screenshot if possible) and wait for fix.
